We wanted to let you know that Fitter and Faster Swim Camps is producing two camps right here in Montgomery County that are especially designed for Summer League swimmers to get ready for the upcoming summer season!

May 29-30: Fast Starts for all strokes from the side of the pool, underwater dolphin, breakouts and relay exchanges.

June 5-6: Flip turns, open turns and finishes!

Each camp has sessions for different age groups. Each session is limited to only 24 participants to allow for social distancing and a strong learning environment.

The start and turn are the fastest part of every race and each swimmer’s biggest opportunities to drop time. These clinics will be a valuable opportunity for our team to learn from elite swimmers the essential techniques to race fast.
