Greetings Wombats!

We are excited to announce that registration for the 2021 summer season is now OPEN https://wombats.swimtopia.com/!

Please note the following:

T-shirt deadline: As in years past, a team t-shirt will be included with each swimmer’s registration. The registration deadline to have the swimmer’s name included on the back is June 7th (no exceptions). After June 7th, the registration price will increase and no swimmers will be able to register after June 14th. Parents- you also have the opportunity to order a t-shirt- show your Wombats spirit and order while they are available!

Practice schedule: Because county regulations and lane capacity restrictions are evolving, we are still determining final practice times, which will be crafted to provide the maximum practice opportunities for wombats once we know the total number of wombats in each age group.. So please sign up early! We can tell you we will have both morning and afternoon practice times for all age groups.

Meet schedule: The “A” meet schedule is set, although it is possible locations or start times could change. We are also confident there will be several opportunities for all wombats to race. We are still working on the specifics of our “B” meet schedule and will have that available as soon as possible.

New swimmers: If your swimmer is new to swim team, we ask that you do not register until attending a try out.

Tentative evaluation dates for 2021 are as follows:

Saturday, May 29, 11:30AM - 1:30PM

Sunday, May 30, 11:30AM - 1:30PM

Monday, May 31, 11:30AM - 1:30PM

Tuesday, June 1, 4:30PM - 5:30PM

Saturday, June 5, 11:30AM - 12:30PM

Team Suits: We are offering the same team suit for the 2021 season. Swimmers will be able to purchase suits at Time Trials on June 12th. Please note, that our vendor has yet to determine if suits will be able to be tried on due to COVID. Updates will come as they are made available. Sport Fair accepts cash, credit card and checks. If you are unable to attend Time Trials, you can go to Sport Fair and purchase a suit. Sport Fair 5010 Lee HWY Arlington, VA 22207.
